Instead, we've worked hard to keep our prices as low as possible while also considering what it will cost us to ship it to you, and bundling it into the price.

Our products deliver to you within 3-5 days of placing your order. You'll receive a tracking number the moment it has shipped. Select products may take longer depending on warehousing or special handling, and the above is only an estimate.
We currently only ship to the USA. We may be opening orders to other countries soon.
We want you to love your furniture. We're proud to say that we rarely see returns, but if you're not happy, we've got your back. We have a 7-day return policy from the date you receive the item. All returns require a RMA number. Please contact us at shop@woodensoul.co with your order number and the reason for the return before returning the item.
Within 7 days of of your product's arrival date you may return any item in new condition, with its original packaging and any accessories for a full product refund.
We cannot refund any shipping charges, nor can we refund the shipping cost on "free" shipping items. The original cost of shipping to you in these cases will be deducted from your refund amount. You are responsible for the cost of shipping costs back to one of our North American warehouses, the address of which will be provided to you upon approval of your return request. Items that are used, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, sellable condition are subject to a minimum 15 percent (15%) restocking fee.
Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a full refund.
